The Kolleg Friedrich Nietzsche of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar has announced a conference in conjunction with the University of Jena on the theme of “Transzendentalpoesie oder Dichtkunst mit Begriffen – Friedrich Schlegel und Friedrich Nietzsche”.
The event takes place between 18-20 October at the Institute of Philosophy in Jena.

Since the article first appeared (in 1995), the subject has been covered more fully by Jacob Golomb in his Nietzsche and Zion; but it’s still a good introduction to this fascinating chapter in the history of the big man’s influence.
